For Résumé Audits, after purchase, your review will go into a queue. Upon completion, you will receive a 15+ minute personalized Loom video with feedback on your résumé and how to improve key section. This service includes 1 review only.
For LIVE rewrites, once payment is completed, clients will receive a Calendly link to schedule their session.
Cancellations:
Live sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, a refund may be initiated upon request, minus Stripe processing fees (3%).
Refunds:
Due to the nature of personalized services, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be offered once work has begun or a review/video has been delivered.

FAQ:
What is the difference between a review and a rewrite?
For reviews, I will open your résumé and go through key sections advising you how to improve your résumé with insights on how recruiters may view your résumé. You’ll receive a Loom recording which you can rewatch as needed.
For rewriting sessions, I will prep your résumé beforehand and rewrite each section for you LIVE on the call. This is a done-for-you service. Includes post-session support for final tweaks if needed. You will receive a copy of the recording.
Do you outsource any writing?
No, all work is conducted by me, 1:1 via recorded video (Loom) or via Zoom Live.
Do you just throw the résumé into ChatGPT?
No, oftentimes I help clients fix AI-generated content after they or other services have ChatGPT and aren’t landing interviews.
